We are seeking a high-caliber executive to lead our Capital Region operations, overseeing multi-billion-dollar investments, large-scale business acquisitions, and workforce expansion across six states. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all operational activities within the Capital Region, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a Head of Politics to lead our national government relations, oversee bipartisan engagement, and drive large-scale funding and contract acquisition efforts. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with both Democratic and Republican leaders, securing government contracts, loans, funding, and licenses, and advancing key economic, infrastructure, and business initiatives at the national level.

As the Head of Politics, you will oversee 102 Regional Heads of Politics (one Democrat and one Republican per state), directing a nationwide team of 2,500 to 10,000 employees focused on legislative advocacy, government partnerships, and large-scale funding initiatives. You will serve as the primary representative in Washington, D.C., leading high-level negotiations and shaping policies that support business expansion, technology development, and workforce growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive national political strategy that aligns with our business and public policy goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with political leaders from both parties, including the White House, Congress, state governors, and federal agencies.
