Regional Head of Operations

Locations: Multiple Key Regions Across the USA

We are seeking visionary and accomplished leaders to join our executive team as Regional Heads of Operations in strategically selected locations across the United States. This critical role is central to our mission of driving sustainable regional growth, building influential partnerships, and achieving operational excellence at the highest level.

As a Regional Head of Operations, you will be a key architect of our regional strategy, leveraging your expertise to shape impactful initiatives that resonate with local communities and stakeholders. You will play a vital role in scaling our organization, fostering innovation, and ensuring that our operations align seamlessly with our company’s overarching vision and objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all operational activities within your assigned region or state.
  • Collaborate with other Regional Heads to align regional goals with the company’s overall vision and strategy.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional business plan, including funding, staffing, and market penetration strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local governments, investors, banks, businesses, schools, and community leaders to advance regional goals.
  • Secure funding between $10M and $100M for regional initiatives, including acquiring office spaces, staffing, and business acquisitions.
  • Act as the primary representative of the company at regional events, public forums, and industry conferences.
  • Drive regional growth by identifying, acquiring, and integrating key businesses in the area.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, adhering to company policies and achieving organizational standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and oversee resource allocation within the region.
  • Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high-quality output.
  • Evaluate and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing regional team, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources to achieve success.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and create personalized development plans for team members.
  • Drive revenue by acquiring new clients for the company’s marketing, design, and other service offerings.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to expand the company’s market share in the region.
  • Organize and host events, workshops, and community programs to enhance the company’s regional presence and reputation.
  • Actively seek opportunities to give back to the community through corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in the region to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to propose and implement innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
  • Respond effectively to unforeseen challenges, ensuring the region remains resilient and adaptable in the face of change.
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations relevant to regional operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Government Relations, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, business development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure funding and manage multimillion-dollar budgets.
  • Strong understanding of the regional market, including its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as investors, government officials, and businesses.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, project management, and team development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger executive team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Flexibility to travel within and outside the region as required.
Preferred Skills
  • Existing network of contacts within the assigned region.
  • Experience in managing large-scale events or community programs.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with marketing, branding, and public relations strategies.

SALARY: $750K+
