We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to lead our Michigan operations as the Head of Michigan Operations. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of strategic initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring operational excellence, and overseeing the day-to-day management of our expanding portfolio of businesses in Michigan. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute the company’s operational strategy in Michigan across all business units (real estate, sports, financial services, tech, and more).
  • Develop, implement, and track operational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of operations.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the alignment of operations with broader company goals, objectives, and vision.

Qualifications:
